Nova Cat Clinic, one of Northern Virginia’s leading veterinary clinics, approached me to overhaul their outdated, difficult-to-navigate website. The original site had excessive, disorganized pages, lacked mobile optimization, and was underperforming in search results due to poor SEO structure.

I led a full UX/UI redesign, consolidating and restructuring content to create an intuitive, user-centered experience for both desktop and mobile visitors. The new design simplified navigation, improved page hierarchy, and made it easier for clients to access important service information quickly. In addition, I implemented comprehensive SEO optimization to restore and strengthen the clinic’s search visibility.

Since launch, the redesigned website has consistently driven measurable growth:
 

• 13,000+ site sessions and over 12,000 unique visitors in the past year
   

• Over 32,000 total page views
   

• Average ~37 daily sessions and ~33 daily unique visitors
   

• Google organic search now drives ~59% of all traffic

The redesign not only enhanced the clinic’s digital presence but also helped sustain steady business growth and stronger visibility in a highly competitive local market.
