StellaPop is an advertising agency specializing in management and creative consulting, helping organizations improve their operations, people, and brand.
My role at StellaPop was as a Social Media Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer. As a social media guru, I managed the social media accounts for not just our agency but 15+ diverse clients and brands in various industries on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I've enriched our clients' social media presence by creating content calendars, developing creative copywriting, designing visually appealing social graphics, and scheduling and monitoring social media posts and activity across platforms.
My role as a Graphic Designer was to work as the Creative Director's right hand, designing creative marketing materials for clients such as digital display ads, email headers, presentation decks, newsletters, and more. I also Collaborate directly with the team to strategize, create, and execute successful digital campaigns.

I curate 30-day content calendars for each client in an Excel spreadsheet, following a monthly theme and messaging. The content category depended on the day of the week.
I develop the copy relevant to that individual post and consider each client's monthly theme, messaging, brand identity, and audience.
I design graphics for each post using the copy, audience, theme, and messaging as a guide. I utilized Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Stock for this process.
I organize each post by date, time, category, copy, links, image, and tags in a .csv spreadsheet, then bulk upload to Sprout Social and individually refine each post.
I collect data analytics across clients' social channels and running monthly audits to ensure optimal online social presence and community engagement.
